Me Hervé Edgard Chrysostome was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2002.

Me Chrysostome worked within the legal department of the large multinational Alcan Inc. before joining, in 2003, GMT Canada International Inc., a important consulting group specialized in business, taxation and immigration matters, where in Me Chrysostome headed the immigration department and its resources, developing considerable expertise though the many  and varied immigration files entrusted to him.

Since 2005, Me Chrysostome has developed a network of partners, associates and resources within the business community, including investors, skilled workers, temporary workers as well as family regroupings, foreign students and visitors, for whom he acts as expert in many types of immigration matters.

Me Chrysostome regularly represents clients before various government agencies, including the Canada Border Services Agency, the Quebec Department of Immigration and Cultural Communities and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

In addition to his professional occupations, Me Chrysostome devotes time to sit on the Board of Directors of the Service d’interprètes, d’aide et de reference aux réfugiés indochinois (SIARI) (Transl. Interpreter, Assistance and Reference Center for Asian (Indochinese) Immigrants). He is also a member of the legal consultation service of the Small Claims division of the Court of Quebec.

In 1994, Me Chrysostome was awarded the Scholarship of the International Center of French Common Law (CICLEF) of Moncton University.

In 2001, Me Chrysostome was also awarded First Prize from the Quebec Society of Comparative Law for his Master’s Degree essay entitled “The clause excluding contractually assumed liability, in corporate liability insurance”.
